1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Softtract's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Description

Softtract provides software development, UI/UX design, and technology consulting services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom software development
• Web and mobile application development
• UI/UX design services
• Technology consulting
• Project management

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Provide necessary access to systems and resources
• Pay invoices according to agreed terms

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issue
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Project work may be suspended for overdue payments

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the intellectual property rights to custom-developed software and designs created specifically for their project.

6. Limitation of Liability

Softtract's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of completed work.
